When you make a complaint, Council will ask you to provide as many details as possible to help investigate the issue using the complaints process. We will work with you towards resolving your complaint, either by communicating with others involved or taking legal action if necessary.

To discuss your complaint over the phone, call Council on 07 3403 8888.

Reach out to your neighbours first

Sometimes, people won’t be aware that what they’re doing is causing a nuisance for others.

If your complaint is about something a neighbour is doing, talk to them to try to resolve it before you make a complaint.
