Traffic changes will be in place from 7pm Sunday 12 January 2025 to mid-February in South Brisbane for road resurfacing works as part of the Brisbane Metro project.
The following roads will be closed from 7pm to 7am Sunday to Thursday during this period.
- Grey Street will be closed southbound to through-traffic between Peel Street and Glenelg Street.
- Fish Lane will be temporarily closed at Grey Street. Detour via Hope Street.
A southbound traffic detour will be in place via Peel Street, Merivale Street and Glenelg Street.
Local access will be maintained to Russell Street.
Traffic controllers will be on site to provide direction to commuters, delivery vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians during works.
