Chinatown Mall revitalisation works - Fortitude Valley
Council has revitalised Chinatown Mall with new gardens, greenery, paving, lighting, and seating.
Brisbane City Council completed revitalisation works in Chinatown Mall in late 2024. The mall is an iconic cultural destination for Brisbane residents and visitors.
Works included:
- installation of 3 new planter garden beds and low set seating
- tiling and paving sections of the mall
- new decorative lighting and light poles
- relocation of public art
- retention of the braille trail
- garden bed improvements.
