Council is investigating improvements to the transport infrastructure in the Mansfield Safer School Precinct to ease congestion and improve safety for everyone who lives, learns, works and visits the local area.

Council is creating Safer School Precincts in our suburbs to provide easier and safer ways for everyone to move around our schools and local streets.

The Mansfield Safer School Precinct supports the following schools and surrounding local community:

  • Mansfield State High School
  • Mansfield State School
  • Brisbane Adventist College.

Council undertook community consultation in early 2025. We received valuable feedback from residents, businesses and school community members during the consultation period. Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide their feedback.
