Wynnum Manly Safer School Precinct
Council is investigating improvements to the transport infrastructure in the Wynnum Manly Safer School Precinct to ease congestion and improve safety for everyone who lives, learns, works and visits the local area.
Council is creating Safer School Precincts in our suburbs to provide easier and safer ways for everyone to move around our schools and local streets.
Wynnum Manly has been identified as the third precinct for the Safer School Precincts program and will support the following schools and surrounding local community:
- Wynnum State High School
- Manly State School
- St John Vianney's Primary School.
Community consultation is scheduled for late 2025.
