UPDATED: Changed traffic and parking conditions in Brisbane City for ANZAC Day Parade

Traffic and parking changes will be in place from 3am to 3pm Friday 25 April in Brisbane City due to the ANZAC Day Parade.

9:25am Thursday 24 April 2025

Full road closures will be in place at the following locations:

  • Edward Street, from Ann Street to Charlotte Street
  • Creek Street, from Ann Street to Elizabeth Street
  • Hutton Lane, from Ann Street to Adelaide Street
  • William Street, from Stephens Lane to Elizabeth Street

  • Adelaide Street, from George Street to Wharf Street
  • Queen Street, from George Street to Wharf Street
  • George Street, from Margaret Street to Ann Street
  • Burnett Lane, from Albert Street to George Street
  • Stephens Lane, from George Street to William Street
  • Rowes Lane, from Edward Street to End of Road
  • Charlotte Street, from George Street to Elizabeth Arcade
  • Albert Street, from Adelaide Street to Burnett Lane
  • Eagle Lane, from Queen Street to Creek Street
  • Elizabeth Street, from William Street to Creek Street
  • Edison Lane, from Creek Street to End of Road
  • Mary Street, from George Street to Albert Street
  • North Quay, from Ann Street to Victoria Bridge
  • Faber Lane, from Adelaide Street to Giffin Lane
  • Ely Lane, from Adelaide Street to Giffin Lane

Police, traffic controllers and signage will be on site to assist motorists, buses and pedestrians.

Diversion routes will be in place, with all detours and diversions clearly signed on the day.

Access to footpaths will be maintained to view the parade.
