Family Constellations

Family Constellations is based on the observation that emotional and psychological issues of an individual can be traced back to unresolved issues, trauma and belief patterns within their family system. The approach uses a group setting to act out and explore the dynamics of the family system to bring awareness and resolution. Family Constellations can be used to address a wide range of issues, such as relationship difficulties, addiction, depression, and anxiety.
