To complete your report, include:

  • the location of the pothole or damage
  • the approximate size of the hazard
  • any observations about the impact of the damage, including whether traffic is swerving to avoid the hazard or it’s posing a safety risk to vehicles, cyclists or pedestrians
  • photos (optional)
  • your contact details (optional).
