The Active and Healthy program offers a large range of activities to help you keep moving, connect with others and feel great.
Let our qualified providers inspire you to achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals. The program is open to residents of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
We honour the Queensland Government Companion Card for all Active and Healthy activities. This allows free participation for anyone accompanying a participant with disability who requires attendant care support.

Expression of interest
Council is currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced and inclusive providers in the areas of: dance for teens, seniors and all ages, physical games for teens, Traditional Indigenous Games, abseiling, rock climbing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, aqua aerobics, nutritious cooking classes, group fitness, boxing, Pilates, roller skating, ice skating, skateboarding, scooter, group sports and activities that can be offered on weekends.
