Gentle Exercise is especially designed to focus on improving Balance, Flexibility and Range of Movement while increasing Muscle Mass. This class is suitable for those who may not feel comfortable in a mainstream exercise class as participants can choose to stand or be seated throughout the class and only a low level of fitness is required.
Note: Classes run during Queensland school terms.
