Bands in Parks performs at Old Government House.
“Spring String Escapade" promises a delightful journey through various musical landscapes, courtesy of Vivace from the Brisbane Regional Youth Orchestra. This Sunday concert will feature a repertoire ranging from classical masterpieces like Sibelius' Andante Festivo to contemporary treasures such as John Cacavas' Escapade for Strings.
Additionally, music from local composer Stephen Chin will enrich the experience with his composition "Celtic Dreaming and Dance." It is a wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in the rich tapestry of string music, blending tradition with innovation.
