Free
Join a family-friendly yoga session for beginners aged 8-15 years. Play, stretch, and move while soaking up the natural beauty of the bushland setting. Participants can do what they can and go at their own pace.
Please bring a yoga mat per participant (you may bring a towel, but a mat is preferred).
After the yoga session, visit the environment centre or you might like to continue relaxing in nature by exploring nearby walking tracks in the reserve.
Requirements: Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Wear sun-safe clothing, enclosed shoes, sunscreen, and bring insect repellent. Bring water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.
Note: This activity can be adapted for indoor delivery in the event of rain. Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
