Countdown to 2032

The State Government’s new vision for Games venues will transform Brisbane into the sporting capital of Australia.

  • Our grassroots community clubs will be able to access landmark investment through the Games On! Program.
  • Victoria Park / Barrambin will become Queensland’s centre stage with a new world-class stadium that will be delivered with private funding to ensure we can continue to keep downward pressure on rates.
  • The new National Aquatic Centre will deliver the world’s best aquatic centre in our backyard.

The 2032 Delivery Plan also provides Brisbane with the opportunity to create a lasting transport legacy for our growing region.

We're looking forward to working with all levels of government to deliver a legacy that will benefit Greater Brisbane and beyond for generations to come.
