Glindemann Park improvements project - Holland Park

Council is improving Glindemann Park by creating a multi-use riding track and upgrading the Lawn Street playground.

Glindemann Park is one of 9 key focus areas in the Norman Creek 2012-2031 Master Plan. As part of the final concept plan for the park, we're adding a multi-use riding track and upgrading the Lawn Street playground . 

The final concept plan includes the following features:

  • a multi-use track with skateable elements to replace the existing skate bowl
  • upgrades to the Lawn Street playground
  • shelter and additional seating
  • new shade sails over the Logan Road playground
  • 2 new accessible parking bays
  • a new footpath connection
  • an elevated pedestrian pathway.

  • October 2023: Glindemann Park improvements draft site plan released.
  • October 2024: Release of the final concept plan.
  • Early February 2025: Works expected to commence on the multi-use riding track, subject to weather.
  • Late February 2025: Works expected to commence on the Lawn Street playground, subject to weather.
  • Mid 2025: Works expected to be completed, subject to weather.
