The memorial chapel is suitable for all types of funeral services and appropriate for people of all religions and ethnicity.

The chapel at Pinnaroo Cemetery accommodates up to 85 seated guests and 40 standing guests.

The chapel is open plan and provides a quiet, spacious area to commemorate loved ones.

There are TVs and audio-visual equipment for DVDs, music and still images. We recommend testing all media prior to the day of the service to ensure compatibility.

Cremations

For funeral services held at a private church or facility, the coffin is transferred to the crematorium by the funeral director.

Live streaming of funerals is available.

Locating graves and memorials

Lawn graves and ashes memorial sites are easy to locate at the cemetery and crematorium.

Allotment numbers are marked on the bottom right of most plaques and the numbers run in sequential order.

Not all graves have plaques or headstones, so this should be kept in mind when locating a specific grave by number.

Carry out a location search to help you find a grave or memorial. Have the person’s first or surname, age and date of birth and/or death on hand.

For further assistance locating graves and memorial sites, visit the cemetery and crematorium during office hours.
