Transport and parking
Public transport
Council recommends you use public transport to travel to and from Riverstage. The closest public transport options to Riverstage are:
- South Bank train station - 12 minute (850 metres) walk via the Goodwill Bridge
- QUT ferry terminal - one minute (280 metres) walk
- South Bank bus station - 13 minute (one kilometre) walk via the Goodwill Bridge.

Parking
No parking is available on-site.
Limited disabled parking is available at the rear of the The Gardens Club, City Botanic Gardens, approximately 50 metres from Riverstage. The on-street disability parking spaces map includes Disability Parking Permit on-street parking in the Brisbane Central Business District. Alternatively, you can view with map in Council's Google Maps account.

Council recommends avoiding the Gardens Point Road passenger drop-off and pick up points due to bikeway construction work.
Visitor information
Food and drink
There are various food and drink outlets located at Riverstage.
You cannot bring food or drink into the venue. If you have special dietary requirements, email the Riverstage Venue Operations Manager.
Wheelchair access, seating and facilities
Riverstage is wheelchair accessible.
For reserved seating events, the gold reserve seating category has wheelchair accessible seating (subject to availability). For general admission seating and/or events, there is a wheelchair viewing deck at the top of the hill looking down on the stage. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet near this viewing deck.
To book wheelchair accessible seating, phone Ticketmaster on 136 100.
Council honours the Queensland Government Companion Card. This card allows free entry to Riverstage to anyone accompanying a person with a disability who requires attendant care support.
First aid
The first aid station for all events is to the right of the stage.
Cloakroom
There is a free cloak room located outside near gate 1 for prohibited items. We encourage no bags and to travel light. For any questions about the cloakroom, email the Riverstage team.

Smoking
You can smoke in designated smoking areas only.
