Selling to Council

Council has partnered with SAP Ariba for all its procurement activities. SAP Ariba is a cloud-based procurement platform that connects buyers and suppliers. Council will use SAP Ariba to manage its procurement processes, including requests for tenders and expressions of interest through to contracts. To register your interest to become a supplier to Council, please complete our Supplier self-registration request form.

Current/upcoming tenders are listed online. To view tender details and submit responses you will need to register for the Supplier Portal. You can also view closed tenders and awarded contracts.

Council delivers supplier forums throughout the year to provide businesses with opportunities to learn about various aspects of working with Council, such as navigating Council's procurement process, Better Brisbane Proposals and Buy Local initiative.
