Superseded Brisbane City Plan 2000 was prepared under the Integrated Planning Act 1997 (IPA). Superseded Brisbane City Plan 2000 operated under IPA and Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA) from 2009 until 29 June 2014. Both acts have since been repealed.
