Responses must be lodged as specified in the relevant tender documentation. Council's Contract Manual – Section 3 of Procurement Policy and Plan (PPAP) 2024-25 (Word - 900kb) issued pursuant to the City of Brisbane Act 2010 applies to the making of the contracts below.

If you do not have a relevant local office in SEQ, provide the details for the place of business that will provide the goods, services, or works to Council

Council is inviting applications for pre-qualified suppliers to join our register for the provision of expert advice in planning and environment matters. Applicants are required to review the request for applications and the proposed contract before completing the application form.

Construction Waste Disposal, Material Storage and Supply and Contaminated and Regulated Waste Disposal
Council is inviting applications for pre-qualified suppliers to join our register for any of the following categories under the Construction Waste Disposal, Material Storage and Supply and Contaminated and Regulated Waste Disposal Contract:
- Category 1 – Construction Waste Disposal
- Category 2 – Construction Material Storage
- Category 3 – Construction Material Supply
- Category 4 – Contaminated and Regulated Waste Disposal

Construction and Rehabilitation of Transport and Drainage Infrastructure
Council has a panel arrangement for Construction and Rehabilitation of Transport and Drainage Infrastructure Contract (the panel), which has a number of different segments that are listed below.
Council has received a high number of applications to join sub-segments 3D & 3E, 4A & 4B and 5B & 5C and is not currently seeking any further applications to join the panel. We will update this information should we open up any sub-segments for applications in future.
Segment 1: Road and Bridge Construction and Rehabilitation – Major
- 1A – Road construction and upgrades
- 1B – Vehicular bridge construction
Segment 2: Bikeway Construction, Programs of Works and Environmental Work – Major
- 2A – Major bikeway and footpath construction
- 2B – Civil work involving significant environmental management or ground decontamination (e.g. asbestos removal)
- 2C – Programs of minor civil projects
- 2D – Bridge and major culvert construction.
Segment 3: Transport and Civil Infrastructure Construction and Repair – Minor
- 3A – Road construction
- 3B – Piling (all types) estimated at less than $2 million
- 3C – Minor asphalt repairs (potholes and patching) estimated at less than $100,000
- 3D – Specialised concreting (plinths, stairways and cast in-situ traffic islands)
- 3E – Retaining wall construction and restoration.
Segment 4: Drainage Infrastructure – Minor
- 4A – Waterway bank stabilisation and access structures
- 4B – Barge-based minor works
- 4C – Open channel civil drainage works
- 4D – Concrete drainage structures (pipes, manholes, gully pits and chambers).
Segment 5: Underground Infrastructure – Minor
- 5A – Electrical and communications pit and conduit installation
- 5B – Trenchless pipe installation (micro-tunnelling, pipe jacking and directional drilling)
- 5C – Pipe repair and relining.
