Village Precinct Projects is a public realm improvement program that supports Council’s commitment to creating a city of neighbourhoods.

Creative lighting projects use decorative lighting to highlight and enhance our city and its features, and create an exciting, vibrant city at night for residents and visitors to enjoy.
