22 Brisbane parks have fully fenced playgrounds best-suited to toddlers and younger children. Popular parks for families, including those with older children, include:
- Rocks Riverside Park, known for its water play area and flying fox
- Colmslie Beach Reserve along the Brisbane River, offering a beach area and dog park.
For sports, Frew Park has tennis courts and fitness facilities. We've also upgraded Nudgee Recreation Reserve to include shared-use sporting fields to cater for multiple sports.
Whether you're looking for playgrounds, shaded picnic spots, or scenic riverside views, Brisbane’s parks offer a wide range of facilities and features to meet everyone's needs. Some parks even have cafes and coffee carts. Finding a park near you is a walk in the park!
