Brisbane's local planning scheme, Brisbane City Plan 2014 (City Plan), guides how land in our city is used and developed. 

Since 2014, City Plan has been updated with more than 20 amendments. Each time an amendment is actioned, a new version of City Plan is created and the previous version is superseded.

Each link contains a text and maps folder, which includes documents you can download. You’ll also find public notices of adoption and schedules of amendments.

Note

Documents in the Text folder are ordered in a way that broadly follows the structure of the City Plan menu. For example, 'Citation and commencement' and 'Part 1' are contained within a folder named 'Part 1 - About the planning scheme'.
