Embroidery is the handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. The basic techniques include chain stitch, buttonhole or blanket stitch, running stitch, satin stitch, cross stitch. These remain the fundamental techniques of hand embroidery today. This activity does not have a teacher or hold classes but is a friendly group getting together in mornings and afternoons.
