Today, we celebrate the diversity of plants in colour, shape, and function, their roles in our lives, and their importance for other life forms. Walk with our Guides through deserts, fern gardens, rainforests and savannahs. Discover some of the myriad plant adaptations, and learn of their benefits to life on Earth -food, beauty, medicines, shelter, and the very air we breathe. International Fascination of Plants Day offers unique opportunities to explore, learn, and be inspired by the fascinating realm of plants. This is an initiative of the European Plant Science Organisation (EPSO). Requirements: This walk requires average physical activity, including walking distances up to 500m, possibly some uneven ground but mainly paved paths.
