Requirements

Wear ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR, water shoes, not crocs or any footwear than can fall off and clothing suitable to paddle in and get wet. Towel and a change of clothes. Paddling is a low impact activity, but due to the nature of paddlesports a reasonable level of fitness and health is required to participate.
