Lord Mayor's City Hall Concerts presents The Larman & Brothers Jazz Quintet.
The Larman & Brothers Jazz Quintet, comprising Meredith Brothers (piano), Stephanie Larman (vocals), Jeremy Klysz (double bass), Joe Rutledge(drums), and Ken Chow (tenor saxophone), formed during their Bachelor of Jazz Music Degree in Brisbane.
The group brings a fresh take on the Great American Songbook offering original renditions of classics like 'Fly Me to the Moon', 'Georgia on My Mind' and 'The Girl from Ipanema'. Their educational backgrounds and passion for jazz ensure a rich, dynamic performance, blending nostalgic melodies with innovative arrangements. This performance promises an engaging afternoon of timeless jazz not to be missed.
