It is a fun, easy, relaxing practice to get into, that encourages mindfulness, hones our observation skills and cultivates a sense of wonder. Environment Centre staff will guide participants through some fun and simple exercises in this introductory session that will help them learn the basics and discover the joys of connecting with nature through nature journalling.
