Journey through your business’ consumer sales journey and learn how to optimise it for maximum conversion.
From the initial Google search to paying customer, this workshop will explore every step of the consumer sales journey and the digital marketing requirements to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Throughout this workshop, you will:
- engage in an online sales health check and review of your own business with fellow participants
- examine each item from the online sales health check to understand its significance and implications on your sales
- develop a strategy, including website optimisation and social media, to enhance your brand and drive conversion.
You will have the opportunity to implement your learnings in real time with the presenter’s guidance so you can address specific challenges.
