Changed traffic conditions in Brisbane City

Brisbane Move will be undertaking weekend construction work on Adelaide Street, William Street, North Quay and at the Victoria Bridge and North Quay intersection from Friday 16 August to Monday 30 September 2024.

Lane closures will be in place on Victoria Bridge and on North Quay between Adelaide Street and Elizabeth Street over the below weekends:

  • Weekend 1: 9pm Friday 16 August to 5am Monday 19 August.
  • Weekend 2: 9pm Friday 23 August to 5am Monday 26 August. 
  • Weekend 3: 9pm Friday 13 September to 5am Monday 16 September.
  • Weekend 4: 9pm Friday 27 September to 5am Monday 30 September.

Access will be maintained through the work areas on North Quay and William Street for motorists, including buses. 

Detours and traffic management will be in place to assist. Motorists may experience some delays.
