Transport Plan

Brisbane City Council's Transport Plan for Brisbane - Strategic Directions has been developed to guide the evolution of Brisbane's transport network over the next 25 years and beyond. It provides a framework to ensure our city stays connected, liveable and prosperous into the future.

As Brisbane continues to grow and evolve, we need to take a more innovative and visionary approach to transport planning.

The transport plan sets out how transport will contribute to achieving our vision for our city, supporting economic, social and environmental outcomes for current and future generations.

It also identifies opportunities to partner with private industry and other levels of government, so we can deliver smart and sustainable solutions for Brisbane residents, visitors and commuters.
