Pilates is a low impact exercise giving a full body workout aiming to strengthen core muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Participants in this mat Pilates class will be required to have enough strength and flexibility to transition from a standing to lying position with ease.
Note: Classes run during Queensland school terms.
