Tai Chi Wellness benefits arthritis, diabetes, balance, breathing, relaxation and many others. The slow, gentle flowing movements promote energy and wellbeing.
The Tai Chi Wellness is an hour-long standing class requiring moderate level of strength and balance and is not NDIS registered.
