Bookings essential. This is an aquatic workout that uses all major muscle groups. Participants wear a buoyancy belt so there is no need to worry about being in deep water, however basic swimming skills are required.
This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.

Requirements
Buoyancy belt. These can be hired from the instructor for $5 or you can purchase your own. If you require a buoyancy belt please email info@ donnadobbsdesign.com.au
