Many of our native plants - including eucalypts, wattles and myrtles - have unique and pleasant flavours that remain largely unknown to most of us. Explore the taste potential of our wonderful native species, sample a variety of freshly made teas and infusions, and discover the special flavours of the Australian bush.
This workshop supports the Botanic Gardens' commitment to creating a plant loving community dedicated to putting the 'plant back into planet'.
