Discover some fascinating facts, learn about the important environmental jobs performed by these tiny animals, and find out why compost critters are nature’s superheroes! After the activity, visit the environment centre and explore the beautiful natural surroundings of forest reserve. Requirements: Arrive 10 minutes before starting time to check in with staff at the Environment Centre. All children must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult. Wear sun-safe clothing and fully enclosed shoes. Bring insect repellent and sunscreen for later outdoor use if required, but please ensure you don't have any on your hands when meeting or touching our friendly bugs! Bring water and a snack if required as there are no food outlets on site. Note: This event will go ahead in light rain. All adults and children require a ticket. A ratio of 1 adult per 4 children is required. Maximum 5 tickets per booking. If you cannot attend, please cancel via Eventbrite.
