These quiet (and not-so-quiet) achievers are crucial to the health of forests, making all bats ecological powerhouses! There will be giveaway take-home crafts for children and some tips on easy ways we all can help bats with their struggle to survive. Suitable for families. Groups welcome. Less than 1 km on easy walking paths. After the activity, visit the environment centre and explore the beautiful natural surroundings of the bushland reserve. On the day of the event:<ul> <li>Please arrive 10 minutes before starting time to check in with staff at the environment centre.</li> <li>All children must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.</li> <li>Wear sun-safe clothing, sunscreen, fully enclosed shoes, and bring insect repellent.</li> <li>Bring water and a snack if required as there are no food outlets on site.</li></ul>Note: This event will go ahead in light rain.
