Join a family-friendly yoga session for beginners aged 5 years and up. Play, stretch, and move while soaking up the natural beauty of the bushland setting. Participants can do what they can and go at their own pace.
After the yoga session, visit the environment centre or you might like to continue relaxing in nature by exploring nearby walking tracks in the reserve.
On the day of the event
- Arrive 10 minutes before starting time to check in with staff at the environment centre.
- Bring a yoga mat per participant (you may bring a towel, but a mat is preferred).
- Wear sun-safe clothing, enclosed shoes, sunscreen, and bring insect repellent.
- Bring water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.
Note: This activity can be adapted for indoor delivery in the event of rain. Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.

All adults and children (including infants) must have a ticket for this event. A ratio of 1 adult per 4 children is required. If you cannot attend, cancel your booking online via Eventbrite.
