Orienteering - night navigation

A recreational activity and sport in the cool of the evening. Use your navigational skills and a specially produced map to discover your local parks and outdoor recreational areas. All ages and fitness levels catered for. You can run, jog, walk or have a leisurely stroll. You can compete individually or participate in a group. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring a small torch or headlamp. Full instruction given.
