School holiday autumn butterfly activity hub
10:00am to 2:00pm
Suitable for ages 4-16 years
Free
Enjoy the cooler weather by exploring the gardens and getting to know plants with special relationships with butterflies. Take inspiration from the amazing shapes of falling Autumn leaves to create seasonal butterfly art. Wander the butterfly plants trail and see whose eating what; or identify the parts of a butterfly and colour them in to represent local butterfly species. Bring a picnic lunch and make a day of it on the lawn.
Children under 16 are to be accompanied by an adult.
