Join this guided tour to learn about the development of Eucalypts over time, their special characteristics, and historical connections. Gain an understanding of Eucalypt adaptations through climate change, and their critical role in biodiversity. This special guided walk celebrates National Eucalypt Day, held annually on 23 March and will be led by the Volunteer Guides of the City Botanic Gardens. <strong>Requirements:</strong> This walk includes moderate physical activity, including walking slightly longer distances, up gentle slopes and stairs or walking on some uneven surfaces. Some standing periods for guide explanations. Please wear a hat, enclosed walking shoes, and be sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen. <strong>Meeting point:</strong> Meet at the Visitor Information Kiosk (next to the Queensland University of Technology&#39;s Main Drive pathway). <strong>Note:</strong> Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day. Join this guided tour to learn about the development of Eucalypts over time, their special characteristics, and historical connections. Gain an understanding of Eucalypt adaptations through climate change, and their critical role in biodiversity.

This special guided walk celebrates National Eucalypt Day, held annually on 23 March and will be led by the Volunteer Guides of the City Botanic Gardens.
