Harmony Week - Meet Wildlife Neighbours
10:00am to 11:00am
All ages
Free
Native wildlife live all around us - from our backyards, to local parks and nature reserves. But have you had a chance to meet them up close?
Join our wildlife expert as they introduce you to amphibians, reptiles, mammals and birds and, in the spirit of Harmony Week, teach us how we can best live in harmony with nature. Learn more about these unique Australian animals and how you can help your wildlife neighbours.
On the day of the event:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event to check in at Karawatha Forest Discovery Centre.
- All children must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.
- Please wear a wide-brimmed hat, sun-smart clothing and sunscreen as some shows may take place outside.
- Please bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch as there are no food outlets on site.
Note: Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
