Brisbane City Plan 2014

Brisbane City Plan 2014 replaces the superseded Brisbane City Plan 2000 and sets out a vision for how the city should grow. Brisbane City Plan 2014 is a statutory (or legal) document that guides how land in Brisbane can be used and developed. It allows us to plan for the infrastructure to support growth and create a more diversified economy while continuing to the protect the city's way of life.

Design and construction standards for infrastructure are combined in the Infrastructure design planning scheme policy.
