Annual evaluation of your organisation
All Brisbane City Council community facility tenants are required, as part of their lease/licence agreement, to complete an annual census.
In addition to Council's annual census, it is highly recommended your organisation undertake its own annual evaluation to examine how well your organisation is operating and to identify areas for improvement.
An annual evaluation can help your organisation to:
- manage its governance processes, and decision making
- help plan upcoming programs and initiatives to improve operations
- track the impact of changes the organisation has made since the last evaluation.
Ideally, an annual evaluation is undertaken following your annual general meeting, or when there is a significant change in committee membership.
