Calamvale District Park has three park booking sites available for bookings for special events of short duration.

Bookings conditions
- Bookings only apply to the bookable site and use of any facilities within that site.
- You cannot book barbecues, shelters (other than the rotunda) or playgrounds. You must share these facilities with other park users.
- Vehicle access is not permitted to Shelter 1 or Shelter 2. These booking sites aren't accessible by car, but there’s parking within walking distance. Vehicle access is permitted to the Festival area, with a permit.
- Power points may have different phases (i.e. operate on different voltages), so it is advisable to check the compatibility of your electronic equipment before your event.
- You may be able to book a different area of the park. Submit an application and you will be contacted regarding the suitability of the site for the event, availability and fees.
